Hot Desks Facility, Serviced Offices and Shared Office Space – Short Term

The centre offer high quality own door offices. The accommodation is modern bright and spacious, finished to a high standard combining modern fit out , and are suitable for 2 to 8 people. We can provide telephone services if the company wish to avail of our own internal system. The Enterprise Campus is a modern business centre offering 28 organisations units ranging from 17.5sqm to 52.sqm at competitive rates. Occupants sign an annual License Agreement with the option of shorter License Agreements available if necessary. As an occupant of the building the following services are provided: With the business units, a short term lease / month by month lease is offered, with no long term commitments.

HOT DESKS
The Centre has two dedicated Hot Desk rooms. Here small business owners who are down sizing to smaller premises or making the move from home to a more formal business environment can avail of the services needed to grow and develop their business. With 6 to 8 desks per room, once the License Agreement is signed the desk is yours for the duration of your stay. No desk sharing. There is access to FREE WIFI with light and heat are also included in the price. The desks are competitively priced with every opportunity given to support the businesses towards growth and development. Like the business units, the Hot Desk offer is available on a short term License Agreement.
CONFERENCE ROOMS
The Conference Room in the Enterprise Campus is a multi functional room that is ideal for presentations, workshops and small exhibitions. The room can accommodate groups of up to 25 seated at tables or 35 theatre style. The room can be set to a number of different formats including U-Shape , Theatre Style etc. Additional Conference Room Facilities include:

MEETING ROOM
Situated off our main reception area, this dedicated Meeting Room is ideal for smaller meetings and can accommodate up to 6 people. This is a popular room among tenants and local employers for interviews and for small group meetings.
POP UP SHOPS
The POP UP SHOP initiative was introduced into the Coolock Development Council. The main aim is to help micro and small businesses promote and sell their products and raise awareness of their businesses to a wider audience at a very low cost. Coolock Development Council also helps with the promotion of the event within the community and wider area.
