Established by the Coolock Development Council, the Enterprise Campus was opened in 2001 and is a modern 10,000sq.ft. purpose built community enterprise centre located on the Northside Business & Community Campus, Bunratty Drive, Coolock, Dublin 17.
The development of the Centre was supported by Enterprise Ireland, Dublin City Council, Dublin City Enterprise Board the Northside Partnership. It is conveniently located to the M50, Port Tunnel, North/South Corridor and approximately 25 minutes by car from Dublin City Centre.
PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT
The Enterprise Campus offers an environment where small to medium sized enterprises can receive the support they need to grow their businesses. Alongside the accommodation we provide, a range of services to tenants and other local small business owners. The Enterprise Campus, offers all of the typical services you would expect from a business centre, at a fraction of the costs usually charged by serviced offices in Dublin City Centre.

We run a regular Business Networking Event, mid-day once a month, titled “Lunch & Learn”, where we have a business entrepreneur give a small training session and a host a small lunch afterwards with an informal business networking opportunity following. HOT DESKING ROOMS
Within the Enterprise Campus, we have two main serviced offices reserved exclusively as a Hot Desking environment for small businesses. These are generally entrepreneurs, small business owners and sole traders, running a small business from home, looking to upgrade. Typical users in our environments are Graphic Designers, Web Developers, IT Consultants, Business Consultants, Non-Profts and Charities.
